The brain has a mystical structure called the pineal gland named because of its appearance to a pine cone. For centuries, cultures have regarded the pineal gland as the "Third eye" the sense that connects with the universe which has the power to heal cancer and illness beyond physical means.

Program Goals

1. Palliative care

The top priority of care is to help patients feel better, to reduce the suffering that illness or disease is causing: Essentially pain, discomfort and stress(physial and mental)

To address  potentially life-threatening complications that the disease  itself is causing which can include but is not limited to: Anemia, swelling, hypoxemia, infections, Third spacing(pleural effusions, ascites), DVT/PE(clots), bleeding, hyper or hypotension, gastrointetinal /biliary obstruction, genitourinary obsruction, nausea/vomitng, constipation, malnutrition, anorexia, diarrhea, insomnia, wounds, electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, liver dysfunction(elevated ammonia and bilirbin levels), tumor lysis /flare from major tumor breakdown(elevated uric acid metabolic acidosis, acute renal insufficiency, disability, etc)

Address potential side effects of medications and treatments(including conventional and natural interventions)

2. Rapport

Most patients are afraid or may have negative feelings and attitudes towards doctors, staff and hospitals that practice conventional standard of care medicine.. Ultimately what dictates what gets done depends on the trust and comfort the patient and doctor have with each other. This involves direct and open communication, approachability, immediate accesability, education and exhaustive explanation,  followup, counseling, genuine interest in knowing each other as persons,

3. Testing and Investigating

A variety of testing is avaialbe which can be priceless information to help determine the best treatment approach. These include:

1. laboratory testing: tests not routinely done in standard practice such as checking tumor markes(a panel will be run to see if there are any markers that can be useful to track treatment progress); inflammatory tests(most cancer patients have extremely high inflammation levels which likely contribute to most symptoms and also can help cancer grow; hormone levels including prolactin, growth hormone, adrenal or stress hormones which can play a major role in cancer activity; immune system tests to gauge the status of  the immune system cell numbers; test for active or chronic infections which may play in the role of immunosuppression and/or carcinogenesis; and other pertinent labs as indicated for a particular patients clinical status.

2. Pathology testing: this is my unique specialty: to obtain patients tumor tissue (biopsy/surgical tissues) from the hosptitals and then send out for specific targteted tumor analysis to determine which potential oral NONcytoxic cancer treatments may have a statistically  higher chance of response.

3. Radiology; ultrasound and plain x rays are the preferred way to monitor treatment status due to no to minimal radiation exposure, If indicated, PET/CT, MRI , CT scans, can also be performed.

4. Cancer Treatments

I am open and supportive of any treatment that can benefit the patient, standard/conventional, integrative or alternative treatments. My goal is to assess treatment response and if necessary offer other treatment options including but not limited to standard chemoradiation, surgery if indicated, oral targeted therapies, other  nonstandard pharmaceutical approaches and any alternative natural remedies including vaccines, stem cell treatments, supplements, dietary regimens, etc

5. Monitoring and Followup

Aftercare and followup for life is essential for treatment success. Close moinitoring for complications that may or not be directly related to cancer such as COVID, blood clots, low oxygen, anemia, pain, weight loss, insomnia, anxiety/depression, etc must be addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Some patients who are actually responding to cancer treatments but  develop life-threatening complications, which if not addressed can result in critical conditions that may require ER visits, extensive hospitalization and treatments which may not be effective because it is addressed too late.

Having a licensed physician who cans work with you and provide actual care, even across the enitre United States , after establishing care in my practice state of California is a necessity to have in order to address these concerns

Followup should be unlimited, readily available, and for life.
